Make sure that your Bluetooth device supports the Bluetooth V 3.01protocol and is not paired with another device. To determine what Bluetooth protocol your device supports, see the documentation that came with your device. See page 9 of your manual or go to http://www.manualslib.com/manual/819579/Modal-Md-Hpbt01.html?page=9#manual to download it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Windows shouldn't need a driver for our headset. It may be a Bluetooth driver it is needing. As long as you can find and pair to the headset it should work.
