“What's the difference between this $30 model and the $20 model? Does it have more power (i.e. is faster)? Longer charge? Better construction? I have the $20 version and have been happy with it, but wonder if this model is a step up or just more expensive.”

I also have the $20 opener. The difference is this is taller, lighted and has the wine bottle stoppers. I didn't notice it being faster or better.

The better model has a nice base that includes a foil cutter and 2 wine stoppers, a stainless steel finish, and cool blue LED lights that light up while you are using the opener or charging it on it's base.
