QuestionI got a cork stuck inside, how do you disassemble to remove it?

- Answer No need to disassemble, put the cork screw back on top of the wine bottle & push the down button. That should get cork off the screw. Good Luck!

QuestionWhat's the difference between this $30 model and the $20 model? Does it have more power (i.e. is faster)? Longer charge? Better construction? I have the $20 version and have been happy with it, but wonder if this model is a step up or just more expensive.

- Answer I also have the $20 opener. The difference is this is taller, lighted and has the wine bottle stoppers. I didn't notice it being faster or better.

QuestionI don't think I received a manual with this-is there one? Also, are the stoppers just to be used as corks? There's no feature that removes air from the bottle with this, is there?

- Answer The stoppers are just to use as replacement corks - they just fit snug down onto the top of your wine bottle. Unfortunately, I don't think this device removes air. But if you open a bottle one night and can't finish it all, we've found that replacing the cork with one of the stoppers is very sufficient in preserving the taste of the wine for the next night.

- Answer No it doesn't have batteries, just let it charge for the recommended time and you should be good to go.

- Answer Yes you need to plug this into an outlet for it to charge. The charged opener will open a lot of bottles so you can take it with you too.
