How do I safely remove the cover? null

It took me a while as well, you just have to pry it off honestly. Don't be afraid to get rough with it

To open just turn to side and open like a book. To remove iPad from case, simply press a corner outward gently and move ipad out. May look more difficult, but Is very simple.

This is a good question. I had a difficult time removing the cover recently when I wanted to put my ipad in a holder with a Bluetooth keyboard. I discovered that working gently on a corner first and working it around slowly was the most effective way.
