• If you are worried about falls I would recommend the Otterbox Defender case. This Smart case works for me because I leave it in my bedroom and I have carpeting so it would hopefully protect it from a fall on carpet. Not sure if it would help on hard surface and how far of a drop.

• No, not really. If you're likely to drop your ipad, get a more robust case that wraps around.

• Yes, it will. It has a hard plastic back cover so basically it wraps the iPad completely.
