• The box it came in said it has a one year warranty. Hope that helps you

• It has a 1 year warranty. Just take it and your receipt to the Geek Squad desk and you will get a store credit. By now all your corners have broken off. I called Best Buy and they told me that the manufacturer has to handle it. I then called the Modal number and they told me that the Geek Squad would handle it. Once I found the right people it was painless.
