• No one can tell you how this works in a masonary house. How far are you from your local TV transmitters? I believe you should use an outdoor antenna.

• I have a one floor Brickhouse and it's sitting in a corner that shares an external wall. There is also a big window just over 7' away and the reception is just fine.

• It works ok as long as you place it by a window. I live in the city and get about 45 channels. If you live far from a city I'd go with a better range one.

• I tried using it in Caroline County in a brick house and I could only get channel 8 (ABC) and 23 (public tv)
