• I'm afraid not. The Dish converter box is proprietary so it only works with the Dish Network's system. You can purchase DVR's that are compatible with OTA antennas but I'm afraid that the cable/satellite companies are not going to make it that easy for you.

• Yes just hook it up to your antenna input and use your remote to change from the HDMI that your dish is hooked up to and switch to antenna.
