I don't think that is going to work -- It needs to enter the TV or computer with a cable port -- thats the black Cable TV uses -- with the single twist-on connector. Old Sony computers with a TV receiver built in (Vaio) had them, and so did a HP I had. I have not seen them in the last 15 years on a computer. The USB Mohu refers to is just for power.

If you purchase some sort of TV tuner for your PC then you could hook it up to the tuner and then it will go to your PC... though given your question you may not have the technical ability to go that route-- suggest you purchase one of Best Buys TVs ( I find they have a great selection and some good prices) and use that instead.
