• Assuming you are talking about Wi-Fi home use: The Wi-Fi router you are connected to has to be connected to the internet in some manner. The Wi-Fi chip in the Apple device is just used to connect to the router. No Wi-Fi chip in device no way to connect to the router. Good thing about Wi-Fi connection at home no minutes used for phone or internet.

• Greetings! Thank you for your question. There should be no reason you should not be able to, I would refer to your phone company for more details on that. However, you do not need any internet connection to use an over-the-air antenna.
