It depends, I recommend finding out where the broadcast antennas are in your city, how far away are they, and do you have open air between you and the antenna. Can you place it by a window facing the antenna direction. Is there mountains, hills or tall buildings in between you and the antenna. Typically the higher you can mount an antenna the better. If you have open space give it a try, save your receipt so you can return if it doesn't work. Otherwise this is a great product and works well under the right conditions. Good luck.
