“I have 4 TV's, all hooked to an Outdoor, Roof Mounted, Antenna. They are wired through a whole house system at a box outside. Will this unit help to reduce pixilating. What power is needed. Can I hook 1 to each TV.”

It may. It totally depends on your location. If you are in a good area for reception, ie. no terrain issues, adding one jolt to the back of each TV may help. You would need to test it to be sure.
