“I live in zip code 44087 TV on west wall in front of patio window. MoHu works great except cannot get channel 8 or 19 fox or CBS any suggestions”

Reception depends on your location, or, the distance you live from the broadcast antenna of the channel you are trying to receive. https://www.fcc.gov/media/engineering/dtvmaps There is a broadcast map on the FCC.gov site so you can see where the broadcast originates related to your location in your zipcode.
