I have done something equivalent - its connected to my 50" Vizio TV and to my TiVo. The TV provides always on power for the antenna and I have a high-quality splitter that sends the antenna signal to the TV and the TiVo, The TiVo has 4 tuners and is very often recording on three of them simultaneously while I am watching a 4th channel on my TV. Substitute a second TV for the TiVo and I'm sure it will work. Probably need to be careful about the length of the coax and the quality of the splitter. Also, make sure that the power source is always on so it will work regardless of which TV you are watching.

Just be sure it has the correct number of ports needed to match the number of TVs you would like to connect it to.
