• Check your owner's manual to see if it has a built-in digital tuner. Chances are, this TV is digital-ready so you should not need a tuner.

• It will work with your TV since it connects to your co-ax cable connection. It receives digital stations over the air and you will see them without any issue.

• Any TV made prior to 2009 would need a digital converter box if it does not have an ATSC tuner.

• It should work just fine without the digital converter. Just run a scan on your plasma after hooking up antenna and it should pick up most all of your local channels proving the transmission towers are within 25 miles or so.
