You can do a google search that says "what OTA channels can I get" and locate a site that will allow you to do a channel scan with your exact address to see what channels you should be able to get.

If the distance is not too far, you shouldn't have a problem. Your chances will be better if you can run an extension cable and put the antenna near a window.
