“Antennae no longer gets 23 channels though it is located in the same place as when I first installed it. Now I only get 3 channels at best. Is this unit defective?”

• This antennae does not necessarily need to be by a window. I moved mine away from the window next to a wall and got more channels. Sounds crazy, but it's true.

• Try to do another channel search on your tv. Sometimes stations switch things and that will help.
