I have same antenna and need to move it and then sometimes or most times need to reprogram and then I loose other channels but that is all I found to do.

Please try again later.1) position is critical, try vertical and horizontal rotation 2) try with and without amplifier 3) try grounding the coax shield 4) if some channels world at one orientation and other channels work at a different orientation try bending the antenna 5 try two antenna using a coax combiner.
