QuestionI have had many of these and it works great. Have never had install problem until now. I have run the channels and get 13 out of Muncie and Indy. But I can't find them on My LG tv. Cannot pull up the USB port. All it shows me are the LG channels.

QuestionDo your products come with a RG6 cable? If not, is it an RG59? Do. you have a model that can be unplugged from both ends and a different cable be used

- Answer Hi Aly! As long as your TV was manufactured after 2009 you should have no issues using this antenna with your TV. If it was made before 2009 you will need a digital converter box in order to receive OTA channels with an antenna. Thank you for your question!

- Answer Hi Jock, Great question! Using two of the same antennas together won’t improve your signal reception. In fact, it will cause signal interference or degradation. Getting a better signal is about positioning, distance to towers, and avoiding obstructions. Let us help you!
