Can these be used with panel ready Refrigerator? null

Yes. Be sure you have the tapered fasteners. One of these fasteners is attached to the panel at each end of the handle. The handle slips over fastener, and the set screw in the handle is tightened to secure the handle to the panel. I don't think these fasteners are included with the handles. I'm trying to find them online.
