NO! Use a wetnap that they give you at most BBQ restaurants. I got my standard Bose earbuds wet and they died. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean the surface of the speaker every so often.

First take off the buds, and I'm pretty sure you can rinsthose off in the sink since they are not connected to the electrical part.
