QuestionDoes any body have issues with the headphones losing Bluetooth connection mid run?I sweat a lot/profusely so I decided to purchased these wireless headphones as they are marketed specifically for working out. Currently only running, they worked perfectly well the first time I took them out for a run, but then the second and third time the Bluetooth connectivity gave out appx. 20 min into a 60 min run. And won't connect again while running. Will try a couple more times

- Answer I have a galaxy s5 and they work perfectly. I am a cell phone junkie and know the s4 well and can assume that there would be no difference. The pairing is easy and surprisingly quick.

- Answer NO! Use a wetnap that they give you at most BBQ restaurants. I got my standard Bose earbuds wet and they died. Use a soft bristle toothbrush to clean the surface of the speaker every so often.

QuestionHas anyone had luck with resetting these or fixing the "won't turn on after charging" problem?I bought these headphones in the US the week before I left for my study abroad program in China. I am now in Hong Kong, two weeks later, with a broken pair of headphones. They look like they're charging with the blue light on but won't do anything after I unplug them and attempt to turn them on. If I leave them on the charger and attempt to turn them on I get a alternating red and blue light but it still makes no sound and turns off after that and ceases charging. Have I simply made a mistake and purchased a cheaply made set of earbuds? Is there a solution to my problem?

QuestionMy adidas wireless headphones stopped working and won't charge after just 7 monthsMy headphones will no longer charge. I probably used them 3 times a week for about 7 months (they were a gift at Christmas). What are my options? Can I send them to Adidas to get fixed? These were pricey and they are good, but only if they work. At one point, the light was a lavender color instead of blue, then they went dead. They won't charge on any usb/charger that I have tried since.

- Answer I've been through this, as well. According to the fine folks at BB, unless you've got a service plan on the headphones, you have to go through adidas/Monster in order to get some kind of resolution.

QuestionCannot pair with ANYTHINGI was tryin to pair my headset to my Galaxy Gear 2 neo with no luck. Now I cannot pair it with anything not my note 4 not my wifes s4 noting. Its like trying to pair it with the watch killed the Bluetooth what can I do to fix it? The watch and all phones will pair with everything else, however NOTHING will find this headset. I have had it paired with my Note4 before.

- Answer I had a few trial and errors make sure the earbude are searching gave me a fit or two at first my note4 you have to scroll down on the blutooth screen to see the newly available

QuestionHow to fix the earbuds ?I just bought these yesterday and they are amazing but they suddenly stopped working the same day I bought them , at first I figured it was the battery so I left it charging all night , the next day they worked fine but the battery only lasted maybe a few minutes , and now they are completely dead, charging them will activate the status light for a few seconds but then it goes out and will stop charging. Is there an easy fix to this ?

- Answer The reason would be a software issue. Just because they both are bluetooth doesn't mean they will connect together. I can't connect them to my computer either, and that's the reason.

- Answer To put your headphones in pairing mode you need to hold the center button down until the light blinks between blue/red.
