“Has anyone had luck with resetting these or fixing the "won't turn on after charging" problem? I bought these headphones in the US the week before I left for my study abroad program in China. I am now in Hong Kong, two weeks later, with a broken pair of headphones. They look like they're charging with the blue light on but won't do anything after I unplug them and attempt to turn them on. If I leave them on the charger and attempt to turn them on I get a alternating red and blue light but it still makes no sound and turns off after that and ceases charging. Have I simply made a mistake and purchased a cheaply made set of earbuds? Is there a solution to my problem?”
