QuestionCan't connect to asus laptopTurned on the headphones "power on", and search for bluetooth devices on the laptop. Can't find anything. Turned on and off, tried this for 2 hours and nothing. I uninstalled and updated the bluetooth driver still no hope Any suggestions?

- Answer Ensure that you put the headphones into pairing mode instead of just turning them on. Hold the power button down until the LED indicator alternates flashing between red and blue.

- Answer Make sure they are fully charged, then press and hold the middle button on the controller for at least 5 seconds.

QuestionIf these are synched to both an iPod and a phoneIf these are synched to both an iPod and a phone, what happens if listening to music on iPod and phone call comes in? Does one override the other or do I need to cut off the music to answer a call or what?

- Answer The music will automatically cut off, and will switch to the call. When the call is ended, the music will resume.

- Answer It depends on what exactly are you using it for. There are times when i use it as my hands free talk while in the car and at work and then go to the gym and it will last about 5-6 hours. (i am on the phone a lot for work). But, when using it just for music purposes, it has lasted 8 hours.

QuestionHow can I reset the headphones?I had a problem with my adistar, I don´t know what happened but my headphones don´t work. I have only one week with them. Suddenly, after of my workout they had been shutdown, I thought it was a charge. I charged, the blue light always has keept on. After of the charge, dont turn on. simply are dead. Are there any way to reset the headphones? I bought the headphones in San Antonio, Texas. I live in México.
