Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have 2 iPhones; 5 & 6. The 6 has the latest iOS and the 5 has not been updated. These earphones work perfectly with my 6, not so with the 5. I've just assumed that it's the iOS.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn on the bluetooth on your phone, now on the earbuds hold the power button down until the red light blinks either multi color or just blinks. You should see your headphone name on your phone. click on it and wait for a message showing that they are paired. You will only have to do this once. The next time you turn your headphones on they will automatically connect.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to turn on your bluetooth on your phone while the light is on on the headphones. On your phone the earphones will come up as "PowerBeats." Once you see the PowerBeats pop up just click on the button and this will pair your devices.
