A:AnswerI contacted support and they told me the publisher has not provided any codes for the pre-order bonus. I had them escalate the issue to the publisher. Hopefully we will hear back from them to send us the preorder bonus codes via email.
A:AnswerThey were supposed to, but many people who pre-ordered here didn't receive the code. I contacted the publisher (Capcom) and they said they provided codes to all retailers, so I guess it's safer to preorder elsewhere next time.
