No, it's not turn-based, but a real time action RPG. If you're looking for turn-based combat mechanics, look elsewhere. That said, if you're willing adjust your preferences, Monster Hunter World is a masterpiece in terms of level design, graphics, difficulty flow and overall gaming experience, though it should be mentioned that the learning curve is among the most difficult I've encountered to date.

No, it's more of an action rpg, no turn base, 14 different weapons which means 14 different play styles. Check out some videos on youtube to get a better idea, great game!

Nope. Open world kinda thing with some mmo qualities.

This is closer to an action RPG. It doesn't have levels or anything, you just improve by improving and building weapons and armor.
