Not to sound belittling, but is the cable going in the right direction? These cables will only send the signal one way. . . If it's correct, there may be an issue with the power supply and it not giving enough power to the cable to send the signal 35'.

However, it may be a sensitivity between your source/receiver and the projector. I have an NAD receiver and Sony projector and that combination works for me.

Please try again later.This is an active HDMI cable meaning it contains a chipset to boost the signal across the required length, although I would maintain Monoprice Active cables to be just as good at 1/5th of the price, this is a directional cable. It is likely you need to swap which end is plugged into which component. (there is a source)
