A: The cable is one directional have you tried switching ends?
A: It's 35 feet. If it said "inches" then it was definitely an error.

A: Not to sound belittling, but is the cable going in the right direction? These cables will only send the signal one way. . . If it's correct, there may be an issue with the power supply and it not giving enough power to the cable to send the signal 35'.
A: Warranty info should have been included with the product, but all Monster cables have lifetime warranties.
A: I believe it did specify a direction. I never tried reversing it to see if I could tell a difference.
