• A:Answer No Apple Care does not come with purchase it is an extra cost. Very wise purchase especially if the device is going to be in little hands! Think of it like an extra layer of protection, added insurance for your device/purchase!!! It would cover a variety of things like a cracked screen, device that had water damage from a spilled soda. Etc.

Q: QuestionI purchased an iPad for my grandson at Christmas. I thought there would be a certificate for AppleCare but cannot find one. Do they only have AppleCare if they have a TotalTech plan? Doesn't AppleCare come from Apple directly?
