• It does not. My TV screen cracked a couple of weeks ago and the technical told me.it was not covered.

• YES. I purchased a TV a couple of years ago under the TOTAL TECH Program, and when I got home to remove the TV from the shipping carton, the screen had a crack. I took it back to the store - and with no hassle from the store clerk - I was given a new replacement right on the spot.

• Yes. Geek squad repaired our HP computer for free after the dog yanked the cord, which sent the computer crashing to the floor. Broken screen and wouldn't boot up. Geek guys had it repaired and ready for pick up within 5 days. He said that without the protection plan, the cost to repair would have been nearly the cost to buy a new computer. With the plan we paid $0 for the repair.
