Will a cracked tv be fixed? null

Physical or accidental damage is not covered under this warranty. For example, if you crack on the screen outside of the 60 day return period.

Depending on the size of the crack. If it can’t be fixed it will be replaced.

From Personal experience, no they will only cover it under very specific circumstances and they reserve the right to reject the repair. I’m dealing with this right now and I’m being patient, but getting to the point where I might not buy another TV from Best Buy.

If they can’t fix it, you can be refunded in store and can get a new set of the same value or pay a bit more for an upgrade. If it can be fixed, you have to buy parts for out of warranty things.

yes, this issue can easily be resolved with the purchase of A NEW TV
