I’m dealing with this right now and I’m being patient, but getting to the point where I might not buy another TV from Best Buy.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If they can’t fix it, you can be refunded in store and can get a new set of the same value or pay a bit more for an upgrade. If it can be fixed, you have to buy parts for out of warranty things.
