Does it cover a cracked screen? null

Yes, absolutely. I cracked my screen badly with a fall onto cement floor. Covered. I had to pay a fee but cheaper than buying a new phone. My damaged phone was then replaced with a duplicate make and model. Had a duplicate not been available, I would have been given an upgrade. Then Geek Squad transferred my data and erased my old phone back to factory before graciously helping me package it up and mail it back to the mfgr.

Yes, it covers everything. If you drop it and the screen cracks or you spill something on it. You are covered!
