“I have a Sony tv and it freeze wall I’m watching TV. Neither one of the remotes will change the channel or get it to do anything. I literally have to unplug it and replug it back in to make it reset and the Wi-Fi has stopped working on it.”

That’s a CPU issue and they should replace if you have this protection plan.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happens because Sony cut corners on the processor used to power the Google TV software. I know consumers love this kind of integration, but I would rather have a Google TV Stick installed in one of my HDMI ports
