I got dud pair of bose earbuds. I wanted an exchange. Technically, they processed a return and did a separate transaction for new purchase of same item in different color since my previous color was out of stock. Computer is a dud and they won’t replace, only keep providing temp solutions.

For us they were unable to repair the item we brought in and so they just turned around and replaced it. The price had decreased since we originally bought it so they also offered a gift card with the price difference. And then the warranty started all over again as a new item. It was a win-win for us.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.In my experience, if the item is broken, they just replace it. Its very easy to use. I have never had it "fixed," rather, they replaced it with a new item.
