When I got my printer and set it up there was a total tech geek squad remember there to help me set it up and show me how to use it. He was really really smartand he was easy to understand.I really enjoyed him being here and helping me out.

Yes. Since i am guessing you had it shipped to your house you would have to set it up yourself. Unless you made an appointment with geek squad to have them come to your house to set it up or you go to your local best buy with a laptop to set it up on.
