The monthly protection is included in the total tech plan. If you quit the total tech plan, I'm not sure, but I think they prorate the refund you are asking about.

It is included automatically. As far as the refund, that I have no idea.

Please try again later.Your question is a bit confusing because as a Best Buy Total Tech member, now called My Best Buy Total, the monthly Best Buy protection should have been added automatically on most Best Buy purchases you made/make while you're a member. You should not have been sold the protection since it was going to be applied automatically as a Total tech/My Best Buy Total member. however, once you cancel your membership, or it expires and you choose not to renew it, the coverage ends on any product on where the Best Buy protection was applied. I don't know what you want to get refunded for, the Best Buy Total Tech/My best Buy Total membership, or the protection plan? If it's the membership, I would suggest chatting with them online or calling (888) 237-8289. As I said above, you should not have been sold the protection plan if you already had a Total Tech/My Best Buy Total membership and should also call or chat.
