I have a surround system purchased less than year ago, still under manufacture warranty and one of the speakers has quit working. I have spoken to 3 agent in India and the Phillipines and all agents are stating that diagnostics and repairs are not covered and there is only a 20 % discount offered now. I repeatedly asked what is protected and was told that the Best buy Total tech was downgraded and repairs are no longer covered. RUN from this scam, because that is truly what this is, there is no protection on anything, just a great way for best buy to sucker customers into paying for something they have no intention of honoring.
