What does the 24-month warranty cover everything null

Covers Geek Squad coming and checking out any issues - coming to a resolution or replacing.

Apparently after OCT 2023 this plan covers nothing. I have a surround system purchased less than year ago, still under manufacture warranty and one of the speakers has quit working. I have spoken to 3 agent in India and the Phillipines and all agents are stating that diagnostics and repairs are not covered and there is only a 20 % discount offered now. I repeatedly asked what is protected and was told that the Best buy Total tech was downgraded and repairs are no longer covered. RUN from this scam, because that is truly what this is, there is no protection on anything, just a great way for best buy to sucker customers into paying for something they have no intention of honoring.

It covers my computer and printer. I believe it does. Very eorthwhile.

If through membersship everything that I know of. It’s even exchange if can’t be repaired or they give you gift card for things that were on sale and don’t meet the original cost.
