You should contact your local best buy and they will point you in the right direction. Before i posted this answer i backed out and read the service agreement. It states to take it into the physical best buy store and they will fix it if covered under the warranty or replace it/ give credits of what the item was worth if they dont have that same product. Hope this helps and good luck. I doubt they expect you to walk in treadmill in hands.
