• The 24 month protection plan covers accidental damage, software issues. And some other things. Best bet is to look up there protection agreement and at the bottom of the words protection agreement in smal letters there will be a blue link terms and conditions. Alternatively they have QnA that are answered by best buy. And if i remember correctly this question was one of the ones they answered.
