• If you have the best buy total membership, there is no need to purchase a seperate warranty. The total membership covers all types of items and they dont even have to be bought at a best buy. It is worth yearly charge and not to mention the membership perks

• I believe it does. I have returned a lot of stuff in the past using the totaltech and never had an issue getting them replaced.
