I'm having same issue. I have been messing with this watch for 2 weeks now. I have paid to activate and am so frustrated with customer service email only and no tech support to help activate. I think I over estimated this product. Returning it and heading to t mobile for kids watch. Also, disputing my activation plan payment because I don't think they should be able to keep that.

In order to better assist you, may you please contact us at [email protected] quoting the following: - The SIM number and email address used on the activation. - The IMEI number of your device, found under the Settings menu of your Moochies watch.
