• I think it’s just your preference. Some people have bigger or smaller phones too. As long as it makes the proper Qi connection, whatever you prefer is fine.

• i have the same problem, i have to put it always in a certain way for it to work the charging spot (just for iphone).

• Shouldn’t have to be, play around with where the sweet spot is charge

• Yes is normal you just put the iPhone down and it will make a sound when charging.
