• Won't work with iphone 7 ..i thought it would also by bestbuy description

• Phone needs to be in the right spot. If you have a magnet in your case for mounting purposes it will not work.

• I believe the chi charge is only good for iPhone 8 and newer. It’s not compatible with the 7.
