Q: Do I have to take my phone out of it's case each time I use this charger?
A: I have an otter box and a lifeproff both work great charges with no problem
Q: Does this Mophie wireless charger work with a iPhone 7 Plus?
A: No. As far as iPhones, this charger will only work with the 8, 8 plus, and X.
Q: How am I supposed to work this thing I don't have any directions
A: No instructions needed.. just place phone on top and it should start charging
A: Probably your phone wasn’t exactly on the middle... or if your phone have a thick case, it wouldn’t work properly. I know it’s sad we have to remove cases every time.

A: No. The Charge Stream pad+ is only compatible with phones that have wireless charging. The iPhone 6s does not have wireless charging capabilities. We hope this helps!
