A:AnswerWe have a couple of these in our household and they can be really sung once they are on. What I find is you have to grab the top and bottom parts from the sides and pull them apart while rocking them back and forward. Sometimes it feels like you are going to break it but I've found it to be ok so long as you don't put to much pressure on it.
