any best buy store has a generic micro USB cable which this case uses to charge.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It was most likely just not used to that charger. Couple things, you can try to find a new charging socket to plug the usb in if it doesn't work in yours or you can go to best buy and usually pick them up. But i had the same case i was able to use other micro usb chargers.
