“My mophie case didn't come with a charger? Did anyone else have this problem?”

• Check the back of the black holder. A cable is wrapped around the back of the case. If nothing, you probably purchased an "opened item" and need to visit the store for a replacement. The cable is on the portion shown in my picture.

• From what I've heard, there are Mophie cases without charger/juice packs. But I would consider returning the mophie case and invest in a juice pack. My mophie juice pack is for my iPhone SE but they also produce mophie juice pack's for iPhone 6 and up. They also provide Mophie power packs or battery pack separate from the mophie cases alone so you can also invest in those if you can't return your Mophie case because either it's too late and past the returm Period.
