QuestionHow do I turn it on? It's fully charged, my iPhone is plugged in and not charging. The only button on the back that I see is the one that lets you know how much battery life is left.

- Answer The juice pack reserve for the iPhone 6/6s charges via micro USB. When your phone is in the juice pack and the juice pack is plugged in both your phone and juice pack will charge.
