No, this case will only fit the normal Samsung Galaxy S6.

No, I don't believe it will. If I remember correctly, my boyfriend was looking to purchase the S6 Active. Therefore, we went to the Mophie website and saw external battery cases for the S6 and S6 Edge, but not the S6 Active. Thus, we determined that each individual phone is different and requires it's own external battery case. I hopes this helps you out in your decision making process.
